Notary fees
Costs for your desired notarial activities
The fees for notarial services are set by the legislator in the Law on Court and Notarial Fees.
The fees actually incurred generally comprise a certification fee, an execution fee and fees for ancillary activities of the notary, e.g. for monitoring the due date for payment of the purchase price or costs for deposit in a trust account (notary escrow account). In addition, there are expenses for postage, sending files, copying costs and land register inspections.
